The problem
A club's most valuable asset is the performance history of its athletes — but it usually sits locked in results databases and PDF pages that nobody can query. Coaches cannot see roster progress at a glance, and athletes have no public profile that reflects their real achievements.
What the platform does
The proposal is not a club website. It is a performance platform: public athlete profiles, benchmarks, coach analytics, and private workflows — all driven by one local data cache that the club owns. The preview already demonstrates public profiles, private coach workflows, permissions, and reusable services at club level.
Why it matters
- Roster-wide progress tracking instead of isolated results
- Coach evaluation grounded in measurable indicators
- Three access layers: fully public to fully private
- One platform per club — reusable across the whole federation
- Athlete pages grow into club packages, club packages into a federation platform
TANGIBLE — MEASURABLE — COACH-EVALUABLE
